A private cabin and access to boat cockpit.
Enjoy a private cabin with a queen-size bed and a bathroom (toilet, shower, sink—no hot water).
Please note that these are training boats, so comfort is different from a traditional hotel.
The cabins are naturally ventilated on the water, and a fans are available on some of the boats provided for added comfort.
Marina facilities:
Rates per cabin: $100 per night; $180 for 2 nights on a 3-day sailing course; $350 for a 5-day boat maintenance course. Cabins are private for one or two guests.
Overnight stays onboard are available exclusively for enrolled students. It’s an ideal option when taking an ASA 101 or ASA 103 class. You may arrive the evening before your course begins and/or stay after it ends, subject to availability.

What is Bareboat Rental?
Bareboat rental lets you charter one of our sailboats and skipper it yourself—just like having your own boat for the day.
Who can rent a bareboat with us?
Bareboat rental is available to sailors with the required ASA 103 certification and experience. A short checkout sail may be required.
What rental options do you offer?
We offer half-day and full-day rentals only. There are no overnight stays and no night sailing—all boats must return to the dock the same day before 5pm.
What’s included in a bareboat rental?
You get a fully equipped, well-maintained sailboat. You bring your crew, plan your sail, and enjoy independent sailing on the bay.
